The Windy Corner Market is located on Bryan Station Road in Lexington. The chef/owner, Ouita Michel, aims to provide a market for Kentucky farms. The Windy Corner Market is very honest and open about where their ingredients come from, and their website even features a long list of their Kentucky Proud producers.

Smithtown Seafood is the newest farm-to-table restaurant here in Lexington. Their mission is to provide sustainable, quality-tasting food at an affordable price for their customers. Smithtown Seafood has partnered with FoodChain Lex to supply their tilapia and herbs locally. On their menu, one can see where a portion of their order will be donated to FoodChain’s mission "of educating our citizens and our children about sustainable agriculture, food production and smart food choices" (Smithtown Seafood). The Lexington Farmer's Market is an incredible resource for citizens here in Lexington. They are open all year long (to check their hours, click here) and support over eighty local vendors.
